Delegates from around the world are welcome to attend the European Roundtable 2018

Please Note: Entry requirements may change from time to time and should be checked with your local Embassy or Consulate. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas for this trip (for all countries where you will have to clear immigration) and also to ensure you have a valid passport for the duration of your stay in France.

Nationals of certain countries must apply for a visa before travelling.

If you are a national or citizen of one of the countries that require a visa for entrance to the France you must – Register and pay your delegate fee for the RSPO European Roundtable 2018, do not leave this to the last moment as visas can take time to be issued.

Once the organising team receive your full registration and payment, we can then confirm that you intend to attend the conference. Please send a scan of your passport with your registration details to fay.richards@rspo.org
