VISA information

Delegates from around the world are welcome to attend the European Roundtable 2018

Please Note: Entry requirements may change from time to time and should be checked with your local Embassy or Consulate. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas for this trip (for all countries where you will have to clear immigration) and also to ensure you have a valid passport for the duration of your stay in France.

Nationals of certain countries must apply for a visa before travelling.

If you are a national or citizen of one of the countries that require a visa for entrance to the France you must – Register and pay your delegate fee for the RSPO European Roundtable 2018, do not leave this to the last moment as visas can take time to be issued.

Once the organising team receive your full registration and payment, we can then confirm that you intend to attend the conference. Please send a scan of your passport with your registration details to [email protected]

Do I need a VISA?

Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required when intending to travel to France.

All visas must be applied for prior to departure at the nearest French Embassy or French Consulate in the applicant’s country of residence.

Online applications are currently available to a limited number of countries. If your country is eligible you will be invited to complete your form online here.

RSPO may be able to supply a letter of your application. If you require a supporting letter please email us.

INDONESIA:

You will need a visa to travel to France.  You can apply for your visa here.

An applicant may only submit a visa application within 90 days of the date of travel. It is recommended that you apply at least 20 working days before the date you intend to travel.  We strongly advise you not to confirm your travel arrangements until you have received your visa.
